However, please note that in certain cases—such as high order volumes, stock verification, or unforeseen circumstances—the dispatch time may extend up to 48 working hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare situations.

Open Box Policy & Payment Terms

However, to provide extra assurance, Raluxe Atelier offers an Open Box Policy if requested immediately after placing your order. This allows you to inspect the package contents before making payment. Please note that this option must be communicated at the time of order so we can coordinate with the courier accordingly.
That said, our returns and exchanges are free and easy, designed to give you peace of mind without the need to open packages before payment. Because of this hassle-free return policy, most customers prefer to receive their order first and opt for returns only if necessary, making the Open Box Policy an occasional option.
