This quick turnaround allows us to get your order on its way without unnecessary delays. However, please note that in certain cases—such as high order volumes, stock verification, or unforeseen circumstances—the dispatch time may extend up to 48 working hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare situations.

Delivery Timeframe
After your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to be delivered within 48 working hours. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your package arrives safely and swiftly. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we strive to keep it within this window.

Open Box Policy & Payment Terms
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. Please be aware that, according to our courier company’s regulations, packages cannot be opened before payment is completed. This policy is in place to protect both you and us during the delivery process.

However, to provide extra assurance, Raluxe Atelier offers an Open Box Policy if requested immediately after placing your order. This allows you to inspect the package contents before making payment. Please note that this option must be communicated at the time of order so we can coordinate with the courier accordingly.

That said, our returns and exchanges are free and easy, designed to give you peace of mind without the need to open packages before payment. Because of this hassle-free return policy, most customers prefer to receive their order first and opt for returns only if necessary, making the Open Box Policy an occasional option.
